Refund Policy

At Glassy, we want you to love your new wine glasses as much as we do. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Returns & Refunds
  • We offer refunds on products that are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • We do not accept returns on used products.

Exchanges
  • We do not offer exchanges unless your item is faulty.

Return Shipping
  • If your product is faulty, return postage is on us.

  • For all other returns, postage is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty Products

We stand by the quality of Glassy. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
